Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 19th Century Redware Pitcher in the form of the Bust of a Native American.
The feather headress provides the pour spout and the noble profile of this gentleman provides the body of the pitcher. Variegated black and red glaze. Stands 6" tall.
Good Condition. Typical glaze wear on the rim, sides of the handle and high spots. No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration. Small kiln touch on the right side toward the back in the making.
