Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Salt Glaze Jug attributed to the Northeastern USA.
 
Dating around 1860, this beauty features an Ovoid Form, Light Gray Salt Glaze, and Freehand Cobalt Tulip.  Stands 16 1/4" tall.
 
Very Good Condition. A flat 2" chip on the top of the spout in the back a 1/2" chip on the underside of the rim on the right side, a 1" chip in the middle on the right side, a 1" chip on the underside at the edge, and some staining from use.  No hairlines, cracks, or restoration.  The chip on the right side of the spout is mainly in the making and glazed over.
