Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 3 Gallon Jar whose decoration indicates that it was made in Jane Lew, West Virginia.  
 
Circa 1875, this beauty features a Tooled Rim and Shoulder Accented with a Broad Stripe, "3" Capacity Number Flanked by Leaves, and Two Wavy Stripes that Frame Four Leaves.  Stands 13 1/2" tall.  
 
Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind. Some water runs on the left side in the making.
