    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 3 Gallon Jar made and stamped by "A. P. Donaghho, Parkersburg, West VA."

     

    Donaghho ran his pottery in Parkersburg from 1874-1900.

     

    This beauty features the Capacity Number "3" in a Dotted Circle with "Wings" at the Top, a Fancy Zippers or Tire Tread in the Middle, and the Company Advertising at the Bottom.  All the decoration is executed with crisp stenciling and strong cobalt. Stands 14" tall.

     

    Excellent Condition.  A 1" chip near the bottom of the left side.  That's it!  No rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  Two small kiln touches in the making.
