Dating to the late 19th century, this beauty features a Classic Form with Rounded Edge, 1 1/2" Deep Center Well, and Generous Cobalt Sponging with Lots of Detail and Variation.  Measures 10 1/4" in diameter.  
 
Excellent Condition.  A few short utensil marks.   Otherwise we could say "mint."
