Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this gorgeous Blue and White Spongeware Platter.
 
Dating to the mid-19th century, this beauty features a slightly scalloped edge and rich cobalt sponging.  Strong cobalt blue with lots of white showing through for splendid contrast!  Measures 13 13/4" long and 10 1/4" wide.
 
Excellent Condition.  A few short utensil marks. That's it!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  Two 1/8" pieces of excess clay on the surface in the making.
