Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Blue and White Stoneware Bottle made to hold "Buckeye Root Beer."
It was probably made by the Sherwood Brothers Pottery of New Brighton, Pennsylvania.
Circa 1900-1920, this beauty features a Unusual Form with Tall Neck and Squatty Base, Top and Bottom Blue and White Stripes, and the Product Name Stenciled on the Shoulder. Stands 7" tall.
Excellent Condition. Glaze crazing of age. That's it! No chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
