    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Cream Pot made for the merchant, "Chas. H. Torsch & Co, Baltimore, Md."

     

    This beauty was made by A. P. Donaghho of Parkersburg, W.V.  Donaghho ran his pottery in Parkersburg from 1874-1900.

     

    This jar features a Squared Rim and the the Merchant Advertising Stenciled in Cobalt Across the Front.  The stencil is complete, crisp, and dark like we like it!  Measures just 7 3/4" tall and 8 1/4" wide across the top.  

     

    Very Good Condition.  Minor nibbles around the rim and a faint 1 1/2" hairline from the rim to the incised line on the left side (closeup)j.  No inner rim or base chips, cracks, stains, or restoration.
