Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this gorgeous Little Stoneware Jar with Big Decoration from the Mid-Atlantic.  
 
Circa 1860, this beauty features a Small 7" Size, Tooled Rim, and Five Alternating Brushed Cobalt Vines and Blossoms.   The decoration reaches down the jar farther than most and does so with a rich cobalt seldom seen on small jars.  
 
Very Good Condition.  A 1/4" flake on top of the rim and a faint 3" horizontal hairline at the bottom that wraps under 4" (closeup).  No inner rim or base chips, cracks, stains, or restoration.
