Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Jar made in Baltimore, Maryland.
Circa 1870, this beauty features a Tooled Rim for Easily Tying a Cloth or Waxed Paper Cover Over the Top, and Two Double Brushed Cobalt Three-Leaf Clovers on the Sides. The cobalt is very pretty and looks fantastic on the light gray glaze. Some stray dots of cobalt too. Stands 12" tall.
Excellent Condition. A single 1/2" chip on the underside at the edge. That's it! No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
