Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Little 1/2 Gallon Lidded Jar.

The form, color, and decoration indicate that it was made in Beaver, Pennsylvania.  I suspect Fowler or Russell.

This is the second time I have sold this jar and it originally came from the collection of Bob Clendennon of Beaver, Pennsylvania.   The Clendennon collection is featured in Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners in chapter 15.

This beauty features a Small 7 1/2" Size, Three Brushed Cobalt Leaves, and a Period Form-Fitting Lid.

Excellent Condition.  A flat 1/2" flake on the top of the rim.  That's it!  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.   The lid has a 1/2" chip on the side.  Otherwise as made.
