    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1/2 Gallon Wax Sealer Canning Jar made in Southwestern Pennsylvania by one of the Hamilton potteries of Greensboro.  

     

    Circa 1880, this beauty features the Wax Sealer Form with Tooled Rim and Two Emblems in Mirror Reflection of One Another. Both of the emblems are crisply stenciled in strong cobalt blue. Stands 8 1/4" tall.

     

    Good Condition. Small chips around the inside, and a hairline at the rim and shoulder in the back (closeup).  No outer rim or base chips, stains, or restoration.
