This is the work of the Akron Stoneware Company founded in 1881.  See "'S/A What?'" by Brad Booth.  Red Wing Collectors Society Newsletter (April 2019), pp. 10-12.
 
This beauty features a Brown Salt Glaze, "3" Capacity Number with Double Underscore, and the Monogram "SA" used by the Akron Stoneware.  Stands 14" tall.
