Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Syrup Jug from the Northeast.
Circa 1900, this beauty features a Bulbous Form with Flared Pouring Spout. Albany Slip glaze. Stands 9" tall.
Note that you can see the fingerprints of the potter on the bottom where he held the jug to dip it in the slip.
Excellent Condition. Three minor 1/8" nibbles on the spout. Otherwise, as made.
