The back reads, "Made in U.S.A. by A. D. Graham & Co., Braddock, PA.  Patented 6-2-14" followed by directions on how to mix the ingredients.  
 
This beauty features Top and Bottom Blue and White Stripes that Frame the 6 Lines of Advertising.  It also features the instructions on the back  
 
Excellent Condition.  Some light staining inside at the bottom.  That's it!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
