Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Stoneware Jar made by "A. P. Donaghho, Parkersburg, W. Va."
Donaghho ran his pottery in Parkersburg, West Virginia from 1874-1900.
This beauty features a Tooled Rim, Stenciled Zipper or Tire Track on a Diagonal, and the Company Advertising Stenciled on a Diagonal. The cobalt is especially bright for a Donaghho Jar! Stands 12" tall.
Excellent Condition. Minor nibbles inside the rim, a 2 1/2" in-body hairline on the left side (closeup), and minor scattered staining. No outer rim or base chips, cracks, or restoration.
