Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Churn made and stamped by "E. S. & B., New Brighton, PA." 
 
This is the work of Elverson, Sherwood, and Barker of New Brighton, Pennsylvania.  This company was in business from 1881-1890 (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners. pp. 140-142). 
 
Dating to the 1880's, this beauty features a Churn Form, "2" Capacity Number Flanked by Leaves and the Stenciled Advertising.  Stands 11 3/4" tall. 
 
Excellent Condition.  Three chips on the lid seating ring inside (1/8" to 3/8").  That's it!  No rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
