Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Early 20th Century Redware Birdhouse.
This beauty features a Smooth Cylindrical Base and a Grooved Dome Roof with Rounded Finial. Small hole to the left of the opening to insert a wooden perch, and an opening in the base for drainage. Stands 8 1/4" tall.
Very Good Condition. A 1" chip on the underhang of the roof on the left side, and the wire holder inside the finial has broken off inside. No base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
