Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful English Blue and White Ceramic Mustard Pot. It was once part of the Earl Knittle collection as indicated by the auction tag on the underside.
Dating to the 19th century, this beauty features a Finely Molded Top and Bottom Trim with Two Beaded Bands, Each Framed by White Stripes with a White Chain Link Pattern inbetween. The lid repeats the beaded band framed by white stripes. The base stands 2 1/2" tall. 3 1/4" to the top of the finial.
Very Good Condition. A ping under the rim on one side (closeup), and two minor nibbles on the base (1/8", 3/16"). The lid has an 1/8" nibble by the spoon opening. No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
