Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this great 1 Gallon Stoneware Jug made and stamped by "F. T. Wright & Son, Taunton, Mass."
 
This is the mark of the Franklin T. Wright and his son who ran their pottery from 1866 to the 1870's (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, p. 50).
 
This beauty features the Pottery Stamp and Brushed Cobalt Stylized Floral.  Stands 11 1/4" tall.
 
Very Good Condition.  A 1/2" chip on the spout and a 7/8" chip on the bottom of the right side.  No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration. Some bubbling in the cobalt at the top of the floral in the making.
