Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1/2 Gallon Jug made for "S. Hollander, Dealer, Wines & Whiskies, 335-10th Av. N.Y.C."
 
It was made and stamped on the bottom by the "R. C. P. Co., Akron, O.," the Robinson Clay Products Company of Akron, Ohio. This company was in existence from 1900-1915.
 
This beauty features the Desirable 1/2 Gallon Size and a Stenciled Rectangular Label with Four Lines of Advertising.  Reference to whiskies too! Stands 9 1/4" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  A 1/4" chip on the bottom of the handle, minor nibbles on the platform, and a 1/2" ping line near the bottom on the left side.  That's it!  No spout chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
