Dating around 1880, this beauty has a Wax Sealer Form, Handle, and Cobalt Advertising in 4 Lines. Stands 10 1/8" tall.
 
Good Condition:  Chips inside the rim, a 3/4" chip outside the rim, a 1/2" chip behind the base of the handle, and a faint surface line on the bottom (closeup- above the pen).  No bottom chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
