Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1/2 Gallon Pitcher made and inscribed on the bottoom with a Cross, the initials JB, and the date 1982.

It is the work of Jerry Beaumont.  In my humble opinion, Mr. Beaumont has been and continues to be one of the best contemporary potters in America today.  His work from York, Maine was some of his finest and this is the period of this pitcher.

This beauty features a Small Size, Classic Form with Squared Rim, Pinched Spout, Tapered Neck, Bulbous Base, Two Tulips with Dotted Centers on the Front, and Cobalt Accent at the Spout and Base of the Handle.  Stands 6 3/4" tall.

Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.
