Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Large 5 Gallon Jug made for "Geneva Lithia Mineral Water For Rheumatism, Kidney and Uric Acid Troubles.  Cadwallader Bros., Cleveland, Ohio.  Distributers for Northern Ohio." 
 
Circa 1900, this jug is a great example of quack medicine at the turn of the last century.  The Geneva Mineral Waters of Geneva, New York were sold as cure for three common ailments!  Six lines of stenciled advertising.  Stands 20 1/2" tall.
 
Very Good Condition. A 7" vertical hairline on the let side reaching neither top or bottom, a 1 1/4" chip on the bottom of the right side, and a 1/4" hole in the underside (once was a lamp).  No spout chips, cracks, stains, or restoration.
