Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this fantastic 3 Gallon Jug made and stamped by the "Lyons Co-operative Pottery Co. Limited."
 
This pottery was formed by former employees of the Jacob Fisher pottery in Lyons after it closed and was only in operation from 1902 to 1904 or 1905 (William Ketchum, Jr., Potters and Potteries of New York State, 1650-1900 (pp. 367-368). 
 
This beauty sports a Large Size, the Pottery Stamp on the Shoulder, and a Huge Fanciful Floral with Long Stem, Six Graduated and Accented Leaves, and a Blossom with Plenty of Detail.  The floral fills the front and was applied with a slip cup in bright cobalt.  The jug has a strong visual impact and will impress your friends! Stands 15" tall. 
 
Excellent Condition.  Two chips on the bottom edge (1/2", 1"). That's it!  No spout chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
