Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Monumental 4 Gallon Jug made in Southeastern Ohio.
 
Circa 1880, this beauty features a Semi-Squared spout, Bullet Form, and a Huge Brushed Cobalt Apple Dangling from a Stem with Two Leaves-- all framed by 4 Tornados.  Stands 17" tall.
 
This is the largest piece of stoneware that I recall ever seeing with an apple decoration. 
 
Excellent Condition.  Three chips (1/4", 1/4", 1") and a ping (1/2") on the spout.  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
