Coming to you from Doc's Crock's is this wonderful 3 Gallon Jug made and stamped by the "New York Stoneware Company, Fort Edward, N.Y."  
 
This company was in operation from 1859-1885.
 
This beauty features a Large Size, the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash, and an Imposing Dotted Floral Plume on the Front.  The plume sports 14 leaves and 5 dots.  Stands 16 3/4" tall.    
 
Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.  Three fine drying/firing lines in the handle, none of which go all the way around (closeup), and some mottling in the clay on the sides-- all in the making.
