Coming to you from Doc's Crock's is this wonderful 5 Gallon Double-Handled Jug made and stamped by the "New York Stoneware Co., Fort Edward, N.Y." 
 
This company was in operation from 1859-1885.
 
This beauty features a Large Size, Double Handles, Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash, and a Bold Floral Decoration.  Stands 19" tall. 
 
Excellent Condition.  A 5/8" chip on the spout by the left handle and a 1/4" flake on top of the leeft handle.  Believe it or not, that is it!  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration. Some surface drying/firing  lines around the spout in the making (closeup).
