Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Stoneware Butter Crock that reads, "Return to the North Star Creamery, Kenyon, Minn."
 
It was made by the Red Wing Stoneware Company of Red Wing, Minnesota (1906-1936). This piece is featured in Dan and Gail DePasquale and Larry Peterson, Red Wing Collectibles, p. 88.
 
Made about 1920, this beauty features 3 Lines of Stenciled Advertising in a Retanguler Label. Measures 4 1/2" tall and 6 1/4" wide across the top.
 
Excellent Condition.  Some light staining inside from use.  That's it!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
