Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Unusual 2 Gallon Jar from Ohio or Western Pennsylvania.  
 
Circa 1880, this beauty features a Tooled Rim and Shoulder, Capacity Number with Rope Border, and an Impressive Starburst Filling the Front.  The starburst emits a lot of cobalt blue!  Stands 11 1/2" tall.
 
Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.  Five kiln touches in the making.
