Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this very attractive Little 4 1/2" Jug made for "The Phill G. Kelly Co., Inc., Straight Whiskies, Richmond, VA."  [The first name has an extra l).
 
This company was in business from 1905 to 1915. Kelly had this jug made as a sample to promote sales. 
 
This beauty features a Sample Size, and Four Lines of Bright Cobalt Advertising.  The cobalt does not get much better than this!  Stands 4 1/2" tall. 
 
Very Good Condition.  Some glaze crazing of age around the top and a pinhead-size nibble on the left and 1/4" chip on the right side of the spout.  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
