Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Little 1/2 Gallon Merchant Jug made for "R. S. Rand, Portland, ME." 
 
Dating to the mid-19th century, this jug has a Small 1/2 Gallon Size and Two Lines of Impressed Advertising with Cobalt Wash.  Stands 9 1/4" tall.
 
Very Good Condition.  A 1/4" flake on top of the spout and chips on the left side of the spout.  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
