Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Rare Large 13" Yellow Ware Tri-Colored Banded Batter Bowl. 
 
Dating to the mid-19th century, this beauty features Five Mocha Slip Bands of Alternating Black, Blue and White on a Rich Yellow Glaze.   Large size, sophisticated decoration, and pleasing coloration set this bowl apart.  Stands 6 1/4". 
 
Excellent Condition.  Modest overall wear.  That's it!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration. Some glaze skips on the mocha bands in the making.
