Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Salt Glaze Crock with Target Decoration.
 
It is easily attributable to one of the potteries in Red Wing, Minnesota Circa 1890.  See similar examples on p. 14 of Dan DePasquale and Larry Peterson, Red Wing Stoneware Encyclopedia.
 
This beauty features the early Salt Glaze, Freehand Capacity Number, and a Target made with a Pour of a Slip Cup.  Measures 10" tall and 9 3/4" wide across the top.
 
Excellent Condition. A couple very small run stains.  That's it!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
