Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Wonderful Staffordshire Spatterware and Transfer Plate
 
It dates to the Mid-19th Century and was imported from England (Earl F. and Ade F. Robacker, Spatterware and Sponge, pp. 110-111)
 
This beauty features 12 Sides, Blue Spatter Edge, and Blue Transfer Federal Eagle with Shield.  The eagle clutches three arrows and the shield bears thirteen stars.  Measures 7" in diameter. 
 
Excellent Condition.  Some very light feathering on the back.  No chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.  Overall very fine bubbling in the glaze in the making.
