Circa 1900, this beauty features Finely Tooled Ripped Top and Bottom Borders and a Light Blue Background with Darker Blue Sponging.  Stands 6 3/4" tall.
 
Excellent Condition a 3/8" chip inside the rim.  That's it!  No outer rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
