Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful and unusual 1 Gallon Oyster Jug made for the "United Shoe Machinery Co., Boot and Shoe Machinery.  Duplicate Parts and Findings, 415 Arch Street, Philadelphia." 
 
Dating around 1900 to 1920, this was made as a Promotional and Features an Oyster Jar Form with Rectangular Cobalt Stencil with Five Lines of Advertising.  Stands 9 3/4" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Glaze wear at the base of the handle and a minor 1/4" nibble on the base.  That's it!  No spout chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
