    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Jar made for the grocery merchant "W. D. Cooper, No. 7 Diamond, Pittsburgh."  

     

    This jar was made in Greensboro, Pennsylvania by James Hamilton Circa 1880.

     

    This beauty features a Tooled Rim, Top and Bottom Cobalt Stripes, and 5 Lines of Advertising.  Stands 9 3/4" tall. 

     

    Excellent Condition.  A flat 3/8" flake on the rim on the left side.  That's it!  No inner rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.   A kiln touch on the right side in the making.
