    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wnderful 2 Gallon Jug made and stamped by the "West Troy Pottery." 

     

    This is the mark used by William Warner of West Troy, New York (now Watervliet) from 1843 to 1871. 

     

    Circa 1870, this beauty sports the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash and a Strikingly Large, Beautiful Flower!  The flower is a full foot from top to bottom with 6 leaves at the base and a Swirl Blossom with Added Dots and Dashes.   Shiny cobalt.  Stands 13 3/4" tall. 

     

    Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.  Absolutely MINT.  Stone ping on the front bottom in the making.
