    Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Jug made and stamped by the "West Troy Pottery." 

     

    This is the mark used by William Warner of West Troy, New York (now Watervliet) from 1843 to 1871. 

     

    Circa 1870, this beauty sports the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash and a Large Bird on a Branch Decoration.  Stands 13 1/2" tall. 

     

    Excellent Condition.  A 1/4" chip on the spout and some very light staining from use.  That's it!  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
