Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Lidded Butter Crock that reads, "Compliments of Wisconsin Butterine Co., Milwaukee, Wis., Churners of EV-RE-DAY oleomargarine, "The Spread that Betters the Bread." 
 
The back reads, "Made in U.S.A. by A. D. Graham & Co., Braddock, PA.  Patented 6-2-14" followed by directions on how to mix the ingredients.  
 
This beauty features Top and Bottom Blue and White Stripes that Frame a Retangular Label with 8 Lines of Advertising.  It also features the instructions on the back and the original lid.  
 
Very Good Condition.  The base has some glaze wear along the very top and a short 3/4" hairline on the rim on the right side (closeup).  Otherwise as made.  The lid has two chips on the underside at the edge (1 1/4" each).  
 
These crocks were made for many businesses along the Great Lakes.  This may be one you do not have in your collection.
