Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Blue and Cream Yellow Ware Striped Butter Crock with Original Lid.
 
Dating around 1900 to 1920, this beauty features a Cream-Colored Glaze with Double-Rolled Rim and Three Center Pastel Blue Center Stripes.  The lid sports a raised stripe with the matching blue.  Very, very attractive butter crock.  Measures 4" tall and 5 1/2" wide across the top. 
 
Excellent Condition.  The base is as made.  No damage of any kind.  The lid has a minor 1/8" nibble on the edge.  The base has a short 1 1/2" vertical scratch on the side and the lid has some clay folds on top and some chips on the seating ring on the underside-- all in the making.
