Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this uncommon Yellow Ware Bank in the form of a Hobo.
 
A good friend tells me it is from the comic strip, "Happy Hooligan" that ran from 1900 to 1932. 
 
Dating around 1900, this beauty is the Head of a the Happy Hooligan Hobo with Little Hat, Wide Eyes, Broad Upper Lip, and Collar and Tie with "Hobo" written around it.  Rockingham glaze.  Stands 5 1/2" tall.  
 
Very Good Condition. A 1/4" flake on the right ear, and four continguous chips on the footer on the left side toward the back.  No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
