Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Yellow Ware Rolling Pin.
This piece was made in the early 20th century by the Brush-McCoy Pottery Company of Zanesville, Ohio. It is illustrated in Lisa McAllister and John Michel, Collector's Guide to Yellow Ware, Book I, p. 62.
This pin features Strong Yellow Coloring and Original Wooden Handles. Measures 8" long, 3" wide, and 17" length with handles.
Someone has made a holder for the pin. Comes directly from the kitchen counter of a farm house in the Finger Lakes of New York this weekend.
Excellent Condition. A 3/8" ping on one end (closeup). Otherwise as made.
