Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Yellow Ware Sugar Canister.  
 
This beauty is the large size of the sugar canister in the Dandy-Line of Kitchen Ware made by Brush-McCoy of Roseville, Ohio.  The line is found in the 1915 Catalogue of the company (Martha and Steve Sanford, The Guide to Brush-McCoy Pottery, pp. 40-41).  
 
This beauty features Three Slip Stripes in the Middle characteristic of the Dandy-Line and "Sugar" Labeled across them.  This is the big size: 6 3/4" tall and 9 3/4" wide across the top.  
 
Excellent Condition.  A 3/8" chip on the outside of the rim on the left side. That's it!  No inner rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  A 3" surface drying/firing line inside at the bottom by the wall of the crock in the making.
